At Oak Ridge Children's Academy we believe an effective child-care center recognizes and assesses each child's social-emotional development, intellectual growth, and physical skills. We also believe the curriculum is everything that happens in the classroom, from interactions and meals to singing and playing. Our staff never misses an opportunity to educate. We continue to develop and build on a child's existing informal education, as well as the holistic needs of the child, recognizing that children enter pre-school with different experiences. Our teacher-guided activities ensure that all children's development is supported and enriched. These activities are particularly important for children who come to school with relatively little exposure to any type of pre-school program

Private School
As the final step in our School Readiness Pathway, Private Education consolidates all the lessons and skills acquired during your child’s journey. This program is meticulously crafted to optimally equip them for success throughout their academic life.
VPK Program
The Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program, or VPK Program at Oak Ridge Children's Academy, is well-suited for children who are 4 years old or will reach that age by the upcoming September of the current year.
VPK was conceptualized to ease young children into more structured early childhood learning. They will be taught skills to cope with kindergarten and higher school years.
